3-8 business days after 24 hours of order being placed, if your order does not ship within 15 business days (Tuesday-Saturday excluding certain holidays and special events) contact us immediately.
Free shipping on orders with a subtotal of $50+ and free gift on orders of $75 or more!
- Processing times are 1-3, 5-8, and 10-15 business days. Check announcements, emails, and/or text blasts from us or individual items for current processing times.
- Once orders ship, you must contact USPS or the shipping company used for any updates and/or inquiries on your parcel.
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of it being placed. (ex. John Doe placed an order on January 1st at 11 AM, he has until January 2nd at 11 AM to cancel his order, at 11:01 AM his order will begin processing)
- We do not accept cancellations after an order has been packed or shipped.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products from BUTTERFLYÆFFECTCO (BUTTERFLYÆFFECT Cosmetics).
- BUTTERFLYÆFFECTCO | ÆOASIS is not responsible for damaged and/or lost packages.
- By placing an order with your email and/or phone number, you agree to have your email and/or phone number added to our automated mailing and text list. To opt-out email us or unsubscribe.
- If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, email BUTTERFLYÆFFECTCO (cosmetics) | ÆOASIS immediately. Make sure you add a subject to your email stating “Received Wrong Item”. This will help us attend to your needs quickly. Send proof of your order, information, pictures, and videos of the item you received. BUTTERFLYÆFFECTCO (cosmetics) | ÆOASIS will create a personal discount code for you for your next purchase to make up for the mix-up!
